Peak hours: choose a route, then check your local network

Your connection during peak hours depends on your local network, cross-border path, and destination service. VPNCap offers IEPL dedicated, relayed, and direct routes so you can choose based on what you need. For long meetings, collaborative work, or extended streaming, start by testing an IEPL dedicated line. If you encounter delays, keep the destination site the same and switch routes to compare. This helps distinguish path congestion from a slow response by the service itself. Route types describe how traffic is carried; they do not guarantee speed at any time. Judge performance on the network you normally use.

How encapsulation works and where it applies

In VPNCap, “Cap” stands for encapsulation. The client places traffic that needs acceleration inside a military-grade encrypted route, then connects to the destination service over international routes. To confirm that a connection is working, don't rely on the toggle alone: open the site or app you actually need and verify that traffic follows the expected path. Routing mode names vary between clients. For your first setup, follow the getting started guide to import your subscription, then consult the user manual to understand the differences between modes.

This service lists its parameters separately: coverage helps you choose an exit region, route type describes the path, data allowance helps you plan usage, and device rules define which devices you can use. These are not interchangeable. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data, and regional coverage does not guarantee access to all third-party content. Review these distinctions before choosing a plan to see whether it fits your needs.

International route overview

View all routes >

VPNCap covers 90+ countries and 230+ routes. To choose a route, first identify the region required by your destination service, then compare route types and test on your usual network. Geographic distance is a useful starting point, but it cannot determine performance on its own; your local carrier, transmission path, and destination service can all affect results. The table below shows popular regions and points to check when choosing a route. These are examples, not a guarantee that the same route types or content catalogs are always available in every region. Check the user panel for current options.

Comparing IEPL dedicated, relayed, and direct routes

IEPL dedicated routes use a dedicated transmission path; relayed routes connect across borders through an intermediate node; direct routes reduce the number of forwarding steps. These descriptions explain route structure, not a performance ranking that applies in every environment. Keep your device and destination app the same, and switch only the route to compare. If browsing works but an app's internal requests fail, check the app's network settings rather than repeatedly changing subscriptions.

The route status panel below is for reference only. It is not a speed guarantee and cannot replace testing your target app. To assess ongoing performance, open the tools you use during your usual hours. A single reference number cannot capture differences in page loading, persistent connections, and video playback. If you need help, include your region, route type, and the app's error message in a support ticket. Do not share your subscription details publicly.

Route selection: target region → available route types in the panel → test in the app. See the Routes page for details and the Getting Started Guide for setup steps.

Clients and subscription import

Getting started guide >

Sign in to the user panel to get your subscription. Client download links for Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux are available after signing in; for iOS, access the link from the panel with an active plan. Installation packages and live subscription URLs are not published on marketing pages. Downloads, subscriptions, and account status are managed in the panel for easier maintenance and troubleshooting.

First, select your platform, then get the VPNCap client using the instructions in the panel. Install it, import your account subscription, update the route list, choose a region, and connect. Finally, open your destination site to test it. A successful import only means the client has loaded the configuration; it does not mean every app is using the acceleration route. If your browser and other tools behave differently, check the routing mode and app settings. Keep your subscription details secure; they provide access to your account.

Routine maintenance after connecting

The client and subscription have different roles: the client handles connections and routing, while the subscription provides configuration for your account. When the route list changes, update the subscription before choosing a route again. If your plan changes, check your account status in the panel. To use another device, repeat the import and test process on that platform. Follow the user manual one section at a time. If you see an error, look for the matching scenario in the help center instead of resetting every setting.

Monthly plans and data packs

View all plans >

Choose a billing option based on how often you use the service, then pick a data tier that fits your needs. Monthly plans suit regular use and reset each month on your activation date; data packs are for occasional use, last until depleted, and never expire. Consider usage across your computer and other devices, especially your habits around video, file transfers, and tools that stay connected. If you're new to the service, check your actual account usage before deciding whether to change tiers.

¥9.9/month

60GB

  • Resets monthly on your activation date
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 60-day no-questions-asked refund

A good fit for testing your usual websites and for text-based collaboration and everyday browsing. Check your actual usage to see whether it is enough; an app's name alone does not predict data consumption.

Monthly plan · 250GB

¥18/month

250GB

  • Resets monthly on your activation date
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 60-day no-questions-asked refund

For regular collaboration tools alongside video or other data-heavy activities. Check your typical usage across devices and the times you use the service to see whether this tier fits.

Monthly plan · 500GB

¥28/month

500GB

  • Resets monthly on your activation date
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 60-day no-questions-asked refund

For frequent video streaming and file transfers, with a larger data allowance to work with. A larger allowance does not change device rules or guarantee a fixed speed.

Data packs: use until depleted, never expire

Data packs are available at ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. The difference from a monthly plan is how usage is counted: monthly plans reset on your activation date, while data packs last until depleted and never expire. If you connect to international websites occasionally or use the service irregularly, compare data packs. If you use it consistently and your monthly needs are fairly steady, start by comparing monthly plans. Check the user panel for purchase details and the status of your account.

Plan changes, payments, and refunds

If you upgrade a monthly plan before the end of the billing period, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Don't estimate the upgrade cost by simply subtracting full monthly prices. Before making a change, check the selected plan and checkout details in the panel; afterward, confirm your account status and subscription. VPNCap accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT, and offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. Read the terms of use for the full refund policy. For order or support issues, sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket.

You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. Keep your login details safe. Subscription updates, client downloads, order history, and support tickets are all handled through the same account. Before choosing a plan, review the full plans page to compare billing options. If you run into setup issues, follow the getting started guide step by step to avoid confusing an inactive account with a client configuration problem.

Route selection and setup guides

View all articles >

New to subscription services? Start with the getting started guide, then explore the articles relevant to your questions. Route selection guides explain how region, route type, and intended use fit together. The FAQ covers multiple devices, data, and connection settings. Articles on budgets and streaming quality help you distinguish plan details from real-world needs. These resources offer a way to make informed decisions; no route or plan is the right answer for every setup.

If you're troubleshooting a specific issue, note the client message, selected region, and app you can't access, then check the Help Center for relevant steps. For the full process, from choosing a plan to importing a subscription and ongoing maintenance, read the user manual. Matching each setup step to what you observe makes it easier to find the cause than changing every setting at once.
