Monthly plans: for regular use

For regular browsing, AI tools, video streaming, and other ongoing use, start by choosing a tier based on your estimated monthly data needs. The key consideration with a monthly plan is its reset rule, not the number of devices: simultaneous devices are unlimited, but all connected devices draw from the same data allowance. Only the monthly plans currently offered are listed here; no other billing periods are available.

Light use

Monthly Plan · 60GB

¥9.9/month

60GB

A good fit if you mainly browse the web, research information, and use text-based AI tools. Start with a smaller tier and track your actual usage before deciding whether to upgrade. Video streaming, file transfers, and background syncing also use data, so page visits alone won’t tell you how much you need.

Mixed everyday use

Monthly Plan · 250GB

¥18/month

250GB

For switching between research, AI tools, and streaming, or using devices across different platforms under one data budget. More capacity doesn’t mean every app can be used heavily without limits. Keep an eye on video quality, sync tasks, and downloads to understand your actual usage.

Higher data needs

Monthly Plan · 500GB

¥28/month

500GB

A good fit for frequent video streaming or sustained use of international routes across multiple devices. This tier provides more data, not a guarantee of specific speeds or app availability. Keep track of data usage in the panel, especially when transferring large files, streaming for long periods, or syncing across devices.

The reset date is based on your activation date, not the start of the calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Check the upgrade details in the user panel before confirming.

Included with every plan

View route details >
Unlimited simultaneous devices
Use your plan across different devices. When choosing a data tier, consider the combined usage across all your devices. Device count and data allowance are separate things.
90+ countries / 230+ routes
Route coverage helps you choose based on region and intended use. The best connection depends on the destination service and currently available routes; a region name alone can’t guarantee access.
Military-grade encryption
Cross-border access requests are protected with military-grade encryption when routed through international connections. Keep your account password and subscription details secure, and never share them publicly.
Apps for all your devices
Supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Get clients and subscription details from the user panel after signing in. The iOS download link requires an active plan.
Choosing routes for AI tools and streaming
See the topic pages for guidance on choosing a region. Availability depends on your platform account, regional policies, and how the service identifies your connection. A plan’s data allowance does not guarantee access to a specific platform.
Setup guides and support tickets
See the user guide for setup, connection, and maintenance steps. To check an order or report an issue, sign in to the user panel and contact support through a ticket.

Text-based and video apps use data differently, and time spent using them doesn’t directly indicate how much data they consume. Check your usage history in the panel rather than estimating from unverified streaming hours or download counts. For setup and routine maintenance, see the user guide >

Payment Methods

Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT in the user panel. This page is for comparing prices and plan rules. No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Existing users can sign in and choose a plan from the plans section.

  1. Check the plan and billing option. Make sure you’ve selected a monthly plan or a data pack, then verify the price and data allowance. Don’t assume they work the same just because their data allowances look similar.
  2. Follow the order page to pay. Select your preferred payment method and follow the checkout instructions. Keep your order details before paying. Never include your account password or full subscription link in payment notes.
  3. Check the status in the user panel. After paying, verify the original order and plan details before going to the client and subscription section. If the status hasn’t updated, check the original order instead of creating another order or paying again.
  4. Contact support through a ticket if something goes wrong. Include the plan name, order details, and a description of the issue so the team can look into it. Don’t provide personal information unrelated to the order.

A download link doesn’t mean your subscription is ready to use. After signing in, you can get the client for platforms other than iOS; to connect, you’ll still need to get and import your subscription. For iOS, get the link from the panel after activating a valid plan. Follow the user guide for platform-specific steps, and avoid download sources you can’t verify.

Refund Policy

Refunds within 60 days

60-day refund policy

Before choosing a plan, review the billing rules and Terms of Service. To request a refund after purchase, sign in to the user panel, open a support ticket, and clearly state your request and the relevant order details. Eligibility is subject to the Terms of Service; this page doesn’t offer a separate refund policy.

For subscription import failures, region mismatches, or connection issues, describe the platform, client message, and selected route in your support ticket so the team can investigate. Troubleshooting and refund requests are separate matters, so make your request clear. Don’t include sensitive account details in your issue description.

After submitting your request, check for replies in the same ticket and provide any necessary details to keep the order and support history together. No processing time is promised here, and timelines aren’t presented as the same across payment methods.

Billing & Refund Questions

More help >
How much do VPNCap plans cost?

Plans start at ¥9.9/month for 60GB; ¥18/month for 250GB; and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packs cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Data lasts until used and never expires. Monthly plans and data packs have different billing rules, so consider how often you’ll use the service before choosing.

How many devices can I use with one plan?

There’s no limit on simultaneous devices. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. All devices share the plan’s data allowance; unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data.

How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?

Refunds are available within 60 days, no reason required. Sign in to the user panel, open a support ticket, and include your refund request and the relevant order details. Review the Terms of Service before submitting, then follow up in the ticket. Never share your account password or full subscription link in a ticket.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are accepted. Choose a plan in the user panel and check the order and payment method. Follow the checkout instructions to pay, then return to the panel to confirm the order and plan status. If the page hasn’t updated, check the original order before trying again to avoid paying twice.

When does monthly plan data reset, and how are upgrades handled?

Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Check the activation date, data status, and upgrade details in the user panel. The reset date is not the first day of every calendar month.

Do data packs expire, and is data added every month?

Data packs last until used and never expire. They aren’t billed by time, and data isn’t added again each month; the capacity you choose is available to use over time. Decide whether a monthly plan is a better fit based on how often you use the service and how much data you need.
