Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how VPNCap handles data on its website, user panel and subscription service. Website analytics and the contents of communications over international routes are handled separately and should not be confused. Please read this policy and the Terms of Service before using the service.
Account Data and Uses
VPNCap does not require an email address; an account can be created with a username and password. The username identifies the account, while the password verifies identity and should be stored as a non-reversible hash. An email address is not required to access the service. Please do not include personal data unrelated to your issue in your username or support ticket.
Account records are also linked to plan status, subscription access, accumulated traffic and order history to provide the service, verify balances and process refunds. Device details, error messages and issue descriptions submitted in support tickets are used only to respond and troubleshoot. Before sharing a screenshot, cover passwords, subscription credentials and sensitive payment account details.
No-Logs Approach and Connection Handling
VPNCap does not record which websites users visit over international routes, retain browsing histories, lists of destinations or communication contents, or use this information to build interest profiles. Military-grade encryption protects the transmission link; it does not prevent websites or other software on a device from processing their own data.
This service does not persistently store connection logs that link accounts to destinations. Temporary session states needed to establish connections and forward communications are used only while the service is running, then released when the connection ends; they are not archived as browsing records. Traffic totals used for plan measurement are retained separately and do not include website addresses. Troubleshooting primarily uses aggregated status information; diagnostic materials submitted by users are managed as support ticket data.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral categories, general device and browser details, and interactions such as viewing plans or clicking user panel links. This helps improve site content and navigation. Analytics cover website interactions, not browsing activity over subscription connections. Passwords, subscription addresses and payment credentials should not be included in analytics events.
Cookies and browser local storage support necessary sessions, save language preferences and maintain user panel login status. Login credentials may remain in local storage, so log out after using a public device. You can restrict cookies or clear site storage in your browser settings. Doing so may end your session or reset preferences, but it does not delete your account or orders from the server.
Payments and Third-Party Processing
VPNCap supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant payment provider or transaction network. To verify a payment, this service uses the order number, amount, payment status and any necessary transaction records; payment passwords should not be submitted in support tickets.
After you visit a third-party payment page, the relevant platform handles payment data under its own policies. USDT transactions have publicly viewable on-chain records. VPNCap processes transaction data only as needed to provide the service, settle payments, issue refunds or meet applicable obligations. Data handling by third-party websites, AI tools and streaming platforms is outside the scope of this policy.
Retention Periods and Data Requests
Account data is retained until account services have ended and related matters are resolved. Order and refund records are kept until settlement, dispute handling and applicable retention obligations are complete. Support ticket data is deleted or de-identified after the issue and any necessary review have been resolved. Analytics are aggregated or cleared once their analytical purpose is fulfilled; identifiable details are not kept indefinitely.
Log in to the user panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of or deletion of your data. We may need to verify control of the account before processing a request. If refunds, order disputes or legally required records are still pending, we will explain the scope and reason for any delay; other data will be handled as requested. Copies in backups are cleared through normal rotation and are not restored for routine service use.
Policy Updates and Feedback
Policy changes will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Important changes to processing purposes, data covered or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where consent is required, the relevant processing will take place only after consent has been obtained. For questions about these terms or data handling, contact us through a panel support ticket and mention the relevant page or order; there is no need to include unrelated personal data.
